An important lesson I learned while playing college basketball is this: one of the most integral pieces of balance is health – and sometimes, you can’t do it alone. When I graduated, the fitness bug stuck with me. I kept wanting to learn different ways to move, all while keeping my tribe strong. I competed in WBFF, became CrossFit Certified, and continued to play basketball with my kids, aiming to inspire the same love of movement and community in their lives.
In this program, you’ll learn to build strength from the inside out. Every day is different. Leg day isn’t squats, and abs aren’t sit ups. In our virtual classes, I’ll guide you through everything in real-time. I apply every technique I’ve learned from various fitness practices so you continue to challenge your body and produce the results you’re looking for.
